New Rockford exhibit takes the city’s art scene back to the 1990’s

We're going to go back to the 1990s ... specifically, as one Illinois city's art scene experienced it. Rockford's art community was dynamic during that decade. Many artists found a home in Rockford, transforming one space in the city into a space where they could hold galleries that included diverse kinds of art. One prominent group in that scene was Paul Harvey Oswald, which focused on experimental video installations.
