Abortion Medication Debate on College Campuses

A group of GOP lawmakers in Washington, including Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL15) have proposed legislation to defund universities that stock abortion medications in campus health centers. This legislation is just one of many proposed abortion restrictions across the country — many, however, are being blocked by courts. 

The 21st spoke to a women’s health expert to cut through some of the politicized terms in the ongoing abortion debate.
