Family planning using natural methods vs. contraceptives

Recently, the Trump Administration released new guidelines that looks to change how the Department of Health and Human Services delivers grant money to family planning services projects, as part of a law known as Title X , which Congress passed in 1970.
As part of the new guidelines, the Administration is looking to put a broader focus on what’s called “natural family planning." A priest who is involved in healthcare issues for a local diocese as well as a doctor specializing in reproductive medicine weigh in on both natural family planning and contraceptives.
