Filling News Information Gaps About COVID-19

Grocery stores have been essential businesses during the coronavirus pandemic, and El Progreso, a grocery store and butcher shop in Urbana has also been providing essential information to the Spanish-speaking community. We speak with Marly Corrado, the store manager.  

And later in the segment, we speak with reporter Vee L. Harrison from "The Triibe," a digital media outlett based in Chicago. She recently published an article about the disconnect between the city’s young, Black residents, city officials and the news media.
