Illinois Athlete Isaiah Rigo Is Tokyo Bound

Next week, the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games kick off delayed a year, like so many things, by the pandemic. The 21st was joined by first-time Paralympian and University of Illinois student Isaiah Rigo, who competes in the 100 meter, the 400 meter, and the 1500 meter competitions in class T-52.
