“InsideIllinois” TikToker on Illinois’ hidden gems

Illinois has lots of places to see, things to do, and history to explore. Between Chicago, all of the Abraham Lincoln history, and the many state parks and museums, you’ve probably visited some of our state’s more popular attractions, but Illinois also has a lot of strange attractions and obscure history: Things you have never heard of, or places you would never bother making a trip out of like “The World’s Largest Catsup Bottle” in Collinsville, IL, or a historic two-story outhouse in Gays, Illinois, population 218. The 21st was joined by an Illinois native who's has taken to Tik Tok to share her far reaching explorations of the Prairie State.
