June 6, 2025: How did education policy fare in the 2025 Illinois General Assembly session?

We've had a lot of conversations this week about the state budget that passed out of the General Assembly last weekend. We also covered President Trump's attempt to clawback money for foreign aid and public broadcasting, a new travel ban and Japan's Nippon Steel investing in US Steel and what that means for Granite City's steel mill.
