For the first time in months, The 21st went on the road with a live broadcast from the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield on July 1, 2021.

Our third segment took us inside the 3,000 square foot "The State of Sound" exhibit at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. You can see everything from a Grammy Award for “Tell Me Something Good” by Rufus to a guitar from singer-songwriter Dan Fogelberg. You can listen to the music of gospel icon Mahalia Jackson or see a live radio broadcast! Host Brian Mackey gives us an audio tour of the exhibit.

Guest:

Lance Tawzer, Director of Exhibits and Shows, Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum
