Politics News Roundup - July 12, 2024

As we discussed on the show Wednesday, since the debate a few weeks ago, more Democratic elected officials have been calling on President Biden to step down from his reelection run. 

But after Biden's Thursday evening news conference, two more Illinois Congressmen called on the president to quit the race: Eric Sorensen, from the Quad Cities, and Brad Schneider, from the north suburbs of Chicago.
