Early Saturday morning, state lawmakers in Springfield wrapped the spring legislative session, including approval of a $46.5 billion budget. Illinoisans may see a break at the gas pump and a check in the mail from Springfield, but there are also plenty of critics of the recently passed state budget. We broke down the details with two statehouse reporters.
