Reporter Roundtable: Concerns About Rising COVID Cases

 

As of this morning, cases of COVID-19 are moving back up in Illinois. Yesterday, Sunday, July 12, there were 954 newly confirmed cases reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health. The seven-day average for new cases is up 21 percent over a week earlier, and 38 percent over late June, when Illinois entered phase 4 of easing restrictions and allowing businesses to reopen.

The 21st spoke to reporter across the state to check in on the coronavirus cases throughout communities.
