Reporter roundtable: Masks in schools
Coming to a consensus about best practices in COVID times has proven difficult time and time again, especially for schools. The situation became even more complicated when a judge granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting mask requirements and vaccinations in schools across the state.
With Illinois set to lift the statewide indoor mask mandate on February 28, 2022, questions remain about what’s next in the case of schools. We were joined by two reporters who've been following the story.
