Reporter Roundup: Farm bill expires and UIUC workers strike

On today's reporter roundup, we checked in with the Champaign-Urbana and Peoria regions. We discussed what's next for Illinois farmers following the expiration of the US Farm Bill by congress; a strike by food and custodial workers at the University of Illinois; new enrollment numbers at Bradley University; and local vigils commemorating the October 7, 2023 attacks on Israel by Hamas and the killing of more than 41,000 Palestinians in the subsequent war.
