Reporter Roundup: the execution of Marcellus Williams and late stimulus payments to food service workers

On today's reporter roundup, we checked in with St. Louis and the DeKalb/Rockford area. On Tuesday, Marcellus Williams was executed in Missouri for the 1998 murder of Felisha Gayle, a reporter and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alumunus. There are many people questioning Williams' role in the killing. In Northern Illinois, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that it was awarding funds for farm and meatpacking workers that were left out from receiving stimulus checks during the pandemic.
