Representative Rodney Davis (R-IL) has been in Congress for eight years. The 13th congressional district takes in a huge swath of central Illinois — from Champaign County in the east, through Decatur, parts of Bloomington and Springfield, and out west to the Mississippi River, also taking in parts of the Metro East. The district was drawn this way to at least be competitive for Democrats, but Davis has repeatedly fended off challenges. Davis is running for re-election again this year. And last week, he announced he’d tested positive for COVID-19.

The 21st speaks to the congressman to discuss more about masks, the USPS and the American Care Act.

Guests:

Editor's Note: We have extended an interview offer to Davis' Democratic challenger Betsy Dirksen Londrigan.
