Members of the 21st scattered throughout Southern Illinois last night, due to yesterday's solar eclipse being the last the United States will see for a couple decades. We'll hear audio snippets of interviews from each of the communities they visited, including SIU's Saluki Stadium in Carbondale, Fort Defiance in Cairo, and another small rural town.

After, we'll hear about some scientific takaways from the eclipse, with some insight into what happens to the now-collected data.

GUESTS:

Corinne “Cori” Brevik, Ph.D.

Assistant professor of practice, School of Physics & Applied Physics, SIU Carbondale
