With close to 3 million followers on TikTok and 3.5 million fans spread across all platforms, the blogger, YouTuber, and home chef's content occur at the intersection of cultural appreciation and intimate storytelling. She joined The 21st to talk about her book "The Korean Vegan," as well as the intersection of food and cultural identity.
