A woman on Tiktok has named herself as Peoria’s “fan girl” and has been posting videos of affordable houses in town for sale. She starts off each of her housing videos the same way before showcasing pictures of the house that are listed online. It’s been about a year since she started posting these videos, and since then, she's gained thousands of followers and says she knows of more than 20 people who’ve moved to Peoria.
