How exactly does the process of designing a stamp work? Who chooses the photos or artwork? Can anyone get their photo or design on an official US Postal Service stamp?

To talk about it, we were joined by the director of Stamp Services at USPS Headquarters and an Illinois resident who took a picture that will be featured on the upcoming "Mighty Mississippi" USPS stamp series.

GUESTS:

Walter 'Wally' Blackledge

Photographer and database administrator and programmer at Southern Illinois University

William Gicker
