What makes a job good or bad? Researchers survey Illinoisans to find out

What makes someone love their job? A few years ago, a group of researchers asked thousands of Illinois workers how they feel about their jobs as part of a study for the Project for Middle Class Renewal, which is part of the School of Labor and Employment Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. 

The findings from that study are now available. One of the authors of the study joins the program to discuss what the team learned.
