What to know about getting health insurance through Illinois Marketplace

This is the first year that Illinois' marketplace is on its own, whereas in previous years people purchased insurance through HealthCare.gov. It's director joins today's program to discuss how to navigate the marketplace and answers questions about qualifications, deadlines, and available plans.
