Atomic Age Cocktail Party

Atomic Sampler Spring 2025 (130)

Atomic Age logo with an illustration of a waiter holding a try with a record player on it. Text reads

On the program this week, we’re giving you another Atomic Sampler. A musical buffet, if you will, of the sorts of things you can normally here on this radio program. Lounge, exotica, private-eye jazz, bongo music, Rat Pack…whatever you like to call it, it was the music that was popular on hi-fi’s during the 1950s and early 1960s. And whether you’re new to the show or a long-time listener, I think you’ll like what we have lined up for you. We’ve got a big helping of crime jazz along with the Twist ala lounge, and some tunes from the 1990’s Lounge Revival.
