Little Farmstand on the Quad

Perhaps you are unaware, but the University of Illinois' Sustainable Student Farm grows a lot of  gorgeous salad greens for the University dining halls. But anyone can shop for the farm's locally-grown produce - and not just  greens - on Thursdays at their farmstand behind the Illini Union. Lisa Bralts investigates the farm's and farmstand's current - and future place - in the local food constellation.
