The famous conductor Otto Klemperer had many ups and downs in his life, and little luck in the recording studios. But, in the 1950s, he started to record for EMI Records in London, and the result was a golden age for him, and an enduring reputation for greatness. On Classics of the Phonograph, Saturday at 11 am on WILL-FM., we will hear some of those records.
