Tonight at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on (WILL)-FM 90.9 you’ll hear a special program on Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” followed at 7:00 by “Women Composers from Mexico” on Fiesta and at 8:00 by “Take Me to The Water”, a Black History Month special.

A one-hour special hosted by Vernon Neal that focuses on harpist Ashley Jackson’s program “Take Me to the Water” recorded at American Public Media's studios. “Take Me to the Water” is an immersive audio experience that touches on themes from African mythology, the antebellum spiritual tradition and water’s transportive, transmogrifying nature.
