Tonight at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on “W-I-L-L Classical” you’ll hear Osvaldo Golijov’s “Yiddishbbuk” for string quartet on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 7:00 you’ll hear the music of José Pablo Moncayo on “Fiesta”.

The author of the very popular Huapango, which is considered by many to be the second

Mexican national anthem, composed several symphonic, chamber pieces of great beauty and

grandeur. Fiesta pays tribute to this giant of 20th century music.
