Leonidas Kavakos Plays Korngold’s Violin Concerto With The New York Philharmonic

 

Tonight at 7:00 on WILL-FM’s “Evening Concert”, it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”.   Leonidas Kavakos is the soloist in Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s “Violin Concerto”. The program stars with Beethoven’s “Coriolan” Overture and ends with Nielsen’s 3rd Symphony. Music Director Alan Gilbert conducts.
