Les Concert des Nations plays music of Lully, Couperin, Marais and others on Carnegie Hall Live
Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “Carnegie Hall Live”. Jordi Savall leads Les Concert des Nations in a program of orchestral music of the baroque era. Composers and works include Marais’ “The Bells of St. Genevieve” and selections from Couperin’s “Royal Concerts” and Lully’s “The Would-be Gentleman”.
