The “Shanghai Spring International Music Festival” on the “Evening Concert”

 

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the “Shanghai Spring International Music Festival”. You’ll hear King Chu Doffs His Armor, a concerto for the traditional Chinese instrument, the pipa [PEE pah], and orchestra. Also on the program Ars Nova Copenhagen performs the world premiere of Two Selected Poems of Tagore by female Chinese composer, Ding Ying.
