Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. Violist Cynthia Phelps and cellist Carter Brey are the soloists in Strauss’ “Don Quixote”. Bernard Haitink guest conducts.  Also on the program Strauss’ “Ein Heldenleben” and Oscar Bettison’s “Threaded Madrigals”.
