Gil Shaham joins the Philharmonic for Barber’s “Violin Concerto” on the Evening Concert

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”.  Gil Shaham is the soloist in Samuel Barber’s “Violin Concerto”. David Robertson guest conducts the Philharmonic. Also on the program Ravel’s “Mother Goose” Suite and Bartok’s “The Wooden Prince”.
