A Richard Strauss tone poem double-bill on tonight’s “Evening Concert”

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. Cellist Carter Brey and violist Cynthia Phelps are the soloists in Strauss’ “Don Quixote”.  Also on the program Strauss’ “Ein Heldenleben” with violinist Frank Huang as soloist.
