Stravinsky’s “A Soldier’s Tale” on tonight’s “Evening Concert”

 

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. Valery Gergiev guest conducts members of the Philharmonic in music by Stravinsky. Tenor Alexander Timchenko is featured in “Renard” and Alec Baldwin is the “Narrator” in “A Soldier’s Tale”.
