Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”, now heard regularly Monday nights at 7:00. This week it’s Mahler’s “8th Symphony” which Mahler described as “the whole universe beginning to ring and resound. It’s no longer human voices, but circling planets and suns."
