This week [Monday, July 21 - Sunday, July 27] on the Evening Concert it’s “Ottoman Miracles” from the "2013 Deutsche Welle Festival Concerts", then Schumann’s Piano Concerto featuring Mitsuko Uchida with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra; Yefim Bronfman plays Beethoven’s “Emperor” Piano Concerto with the San Francisco Symphony; Thursday it’s a special remembrance of recently deceased conductor Lorin Maazel on “The New York Philharmonic This Week” and Chamber Music from Lincoln Center and Santa Fe on Sunday night.
