This week (Monday, Dec. 1 to Sunday Dec 7, 2014) on “The Evening Concert” on WILL-FM 90.9, it’s two Schubert String Quartets from Heimbach Germany; Tuesday Michael Tilson Thomas conducts the CSO in Mahler’s 9th Symphony ; Wednesday Bramwell Tovey conducts the Cleveland Orchestra in music of Richard Strauss; Thursday it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week” and Sunday, chamber music from “Lincoln Center” and “Spoleto”.
