Early music is always a feast for the ears, but this week's show might just tempt your palate as well! The Orlando Consort serves up songs about delicious French wine, and what might happen when you've had a drop too much. We'll also hear an anonymous 15th century song about an unforgettable banquet, and another celebrating the wonders of eggs. We'll end our 'meal' with a performance of Bach's Coffee Cantata. All tracks except the Bach are performed by the Orlando Consort.
Guillaume Dufay: Adieu ce bon vins de Lannoy. Juan Ponce: Ave Color Vini Clari.
Juan del Encina: Oy comamos y bebamos. Gilles Binchois: Je ne vis onques.

J.S. Bach: The Coffee Cantata. Rogers Covey-Crump, tenor; David Thomas, bass; Emma Kirkby, soprano; The Academy of Ancient Music
