Beethoven’s “Pastoral” Symphony featured on tonight’s “Evening Concert”

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on FM 90.9 it’s the “New York Philharmonic This Week”. Liang Wang is the soloist in Richard Strauss’ “Oboe Concerto”. Manfred Honeck guest conducts. Also on the program the “Poet and Peasant” Overture by Suppe and Beethoven’s “6th Symphony”.
