Symphonies No. 7 (Sibelius) and No. 6 (Mahler) on tonight’s “Evening Concert”

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”.  Music Director Alan Gilbert leads the Philharmonic in Sibelius’ “Finlandia” and “7th Symphony”. Also on the program, from the Archives, Semyon Bychkov leads the Philharmonic in Mahler’s 6th Symphony.
