Joyce DiDonato sings Berlioz’s “The Death of Cleopatra” on tonight’s “Evening Concert”

 

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. Joyce DiDonato is the vocal soloist in Berlioz’s “The Death of Cleopatra”. Music Director Riccardo Muti conducts. Also on the program Bizet’s “Roma” Symphony, Respighi’s “Pines of Rome” and selections from Prokofiev’s “Romeo and Juliet” ballet music.
