Jaap van Zweden conducts the CSO in Shostakovich’s 5th Symphony on the “Evening Concert”

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL-FM 90.9 it’s the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Jaap van Zweden guest conducts. You’ll hear Shostakovich’s famous 5th Symphony. Also on the program Benjamin Britten’s “Violin Concerto” featuring Simone Lamsma as the soloist.
