Two Brahms’ Piano Quartets on tonight’s “Evening Concert” broadcast starting at 7:00

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert on WILL FM-90.9 the Opus One Piano Quartet plays Brahms’ Opus 60 “Piano Quartet” "The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center".  At 8:00 the 1st Brahms’ piano quartet featuring pianist Alessio Bax on the “Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival”. Clara Schumann was the pianist at the premiere of the first Brahms' Piano Quartet and the Third Quartet opens with what is now known as "the Clara theme" melody.. .. ..
