“Winter Dreams”, Tchaikovsky’s “1st Symphony” on tonight’s “Evening Concert”

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “San Francisco Symphony”.  Music Director Michael Tilson Thomas leads the group in Liszt’s “Prometheus” tone poem and Tchaikovsky’s “1st Symphony, ‘Winter Dreams’”. Also on the program Christian Tetzlaff is the soloist in Ligeti’s “Violin Concerto”.
