Aishwarya is a senior at University Laboratory High School. She first became involved with the Oral History Project in eighth grade, when the topic for that year's production was gender equity. She really enjoyed listening to stories from a wide variety of people and decided to apply to be an intern. Somehow, five years have passed by since then and she is now a producer. She feels really lucky to have had the opportunity of going through the process of producing a radio documentary as both an intern and a producer, as it's quite a different experience. Her team is hard at work, trying to get this year's project on counterculture done on time! When she has free time, Aishwarya enjoys listening to music, reading, knitting, and playing the flute.
