If you needed a push, he’d give you a push. If you needed a pull he would give you a pull. If you just needed encouragement, he could meet you and talk to you, and kind of determine where you were psychologically and motivationally. If you needed a kick in the butt, I think he would do that. If you needed encouragement, I think he would give you encouragement. He had great insight when it came to that.
