creating my story

I made my story topic sheet more in depth today. I am focusing on race riots and comparing them to racism in schools today. We talked about the questions I should ask when I do my second interview. In my first interview, Mr. Griggs mentioned race riots at Centennial. The school was closed for a long time. Some of the teachers at Centennial at that time just left because they didn't want to deal with the problem, the principal left and said he was sick. Some kids had pulled knives on each other, several had been sent away in an ambulances. I thought it was really interesting so I'm going back to get more information.
