my thoughts on YMW

   My topic for the documentary project is on high school dropouts.To go further into my topic it's based on how individuals in our community, such as the dropouts and people close to them, were affected. I'll also investigate what causes there were for a student to end up dropping out of high school.
   At first, my main focus was just education. Then when I got to thinking, I realized that I could cover so much on it so I decided to choose a range  of grade levels. I wanted to set a range beyond middle school, and college just couldn't work. I already learn enough about it in AVID.My reason for choosing this issue is that I wanted to get to have more of an idea on high school, and why a student just might leave (no one in my family ever had).
