YMW at JMS

Time has slipped by since we started meeting, blogging and interviewing.  I'm so proud of the effort the girls have put forth on their interviews thus far.  It's been exciting as a teacher to see the girls come together as a team.  They work as a unit drafting questions, providing encouragements, playing videographer and providing constructive feedback and support.

The past two weeks have been very productive at JMS.  The girls are starting to understand they control the strength of their interviews by crafting thoughtful and interesting questions.  This has resulted in quite a few scheduled reinterviews.   I can't wait to see what the end results are for everyone and know we'll be fine as long as the girls stay focused on the May 18 due date.
