Can We Rely on Private Litigation to Enforce Our Laws?

 

Spam and wrong information on the internet may seem like ordinary problems, but they triggered disputes that will reach the U.S. Supreme Court in the Court’s 2015-2016 term.  The two cases are Campbell-Ewald Co. v. Gomez and Spokeo Inc. v.
