Composer Joan Tower at Red Note New Music Festival

The Red Note New Music Festival takes place at Illinois State University in Normal March 3rd through the 7th, with daily concerts workshops and master classes featuring all manner of newer classical music. Tuesday night’s concert will feature several works by celebrated American composer Joan Tower, for solo instruments, chamber ensemble and percussion. I’ll talk with Ms. Tower on the Monday edition of “Live and Local.”
